What is an online escrow service?

An online escrow service acts as a trusted, neutral third party that holds the buyer's payment in a secure account until the seller has delivered the goods or service, and the buyer has confirmed satisfaction. It protects both parties from fraud and non-performance.

How does the escrow process work?

The process typically follows these steps: Agreement: Buyer and Seller agree on the transaction terms. Payment: The Buyer pays the agreed amount to the Escrow Service. Verification: The Escrow Service verifies the payment. Delivery: The Seller ships the goods or provides the service. Inspection: The Buyer inspects and accepts the goods/service within the agreed Inspection Period. Release: The Escrow Service releases the funds to the Seller.

What types of transactions can I use your service for?

Our service supports a wide range of transactions, including but not limited to: Domain Name Sales Website/Online Business Sales Vehicles and Motor Equipment General Merchandise (High-value goods) Freelance Services and Intellectual Property

How much does it cost to use your escrow service?

Our fees are based on the transaction value.

Who pays the escrow fee?

The buyer, the seller, or both parties can agree to split the escrow fee. This is determined and agreed upon when the transaction is initiated.

What payment methods do you accept from the buyer?

We typically accept Bank Transfers, Credit/Debit Cards

How long does it take for the seller to get paid?

Once the buyer has accepted the goods/service, funds are typically released to the seller

What happens if the buyer or seller wants to cancel the transaction?

If both the Buyer and Seller mutually agree to cancel, the funds will be returned to the buyer (minus any non-refundable fees). If there is a dispute, the transaction will enter our Dispute Resolution process.

What if there is a dispute during the transaction?

If the Buyer rejects the goods/service or a disagreement arises, the transaction enters our formal Dispute Resolution process. We will attempt to mediate a resolution based on the agreed-upon terms. If mediation fails, the funds may be held until a resolution is reached through arbitration or court order.

Is my money safe with your service?

Yes. As a licensed and regulated escrow company, your funds are held in secure, segregated trust or escrow accounts, ensuring they are protected and cannot be used for operational expenses.
